What am I up to?
Now
With a hyper-curious mind, there are always many, many, many things in the ‘now’ for me. I call these ‘open loops’. To spare you the long list, I’ll share just a few of the most important parts.
Enjoying
My new Kindle and the ultra-customisable KOReader app that I (secretly) installed on it. I love anything that allows me to tailor my experience perfectly to my needs and this is no exception. It requires a little coding knowledge but that’s part of the fun!
My Traveler’s Notebooks (passport and regular) for journalling, common-placing, mind-mapping, habit-tracking and anything else I can think to do with them
The beauty of where I live
Building
The habit of writing
My More Mindful Life philosophy
A way to get my Kindle highlights into Obsidian automatically, in the format I want, to then email me a random highlight every day
Pondering
Why does the Sora 2 app exist?

About this page
This page is about what I’m doing now, then and always and is updated now and then. I created it from a desire to make a more human internet where we can feel connected to ‘strangers’ more intimately and enjoy our shared humanity.
I first came across this idea during one of my many internet rabbit-holes and I believe the original creator of this idea was Derek Sivers — so all credits go to him. My version differs slightly from the original but that’s the beauty of having your own website — you get to do what you want! (Expression is core part of my web design philosophy).
