How to use this website
A digital handbook for living a more mindful life
Below is a guide on how to get the most out of everything you’ll find on this website.
Intention
My intention for this website was to build a comprehensive library of ideas, information, tools and resources to help you live a more mindful life. You can think of it like a digital handbook.
I chose to ignore the rules of how information “should” be on a website (ie. a minimum word count, full of keywords) and share information in the format that makes most sense to a human.
This means sometimes a post will be a bitesize chunk of information, a thought provoking idea, a step-by-step guide or even a simple list of bullet points.
Inspiration
It’s inspired and influenced by the philosophy of ‘digital gardens’ where posts aren’t necessarily organised by their date and links are intentionally sprinkled throughout to guide you to different parts of the website (some of which you will find only through clicking links in pages).
It’s designed to be an exploration of curiosity.
Collaboration
It’s also designed to be collaborative — I want to know what gets sparked in you when you read and explore this collection of ideas. At the bottom of every post you’ll find a comment area. Please share your thoughts. I love to hear them!
Areas
You can explore this website through each area of focus:

Types of post
To indicate the different types of posts you’ll find here, I use the following tags (which you can find at the bottom of each post):
Seeds are bitesize posts of quick wins, ideas or notes
Sprouts go a little more in depth on a topic or idea
Trees are complete guides and in-depth resources you can follow step-by-step
Roots will emerge over time and will be the philosophies, principles and practices that lay the foundation to living a more mindful life
So, where do you begin?
Well, it all starts with following your curiosity…
